Catching & Pinching in Biceps/Brachialis

Hi there,

When I do lat pull downs with a pronated grip I occasionally get a ‘catching’ or pinching feeling kind of in my right biceps or under the right biceps, not sure what muscle it is.

If I lock out (straighten) my arm the pinching is about 3 inches up from where my biceps tendon joins my forearm.

If I use a neutral grip for lat pull downs or pull ups, I get no issues… but the pinching limits my training & yard work.

It only affects my right biceps.

Any idea what this is & how to fix it? Thanks all :slight_smile:
