QUESTION?
IS IT POSSIBLE TO EAT YOURSELF PASS OR OUT OF CATABOLISM?
WHAT I MEAN IS, I REALIZE THAT CATABOLISM IS GOING TO HAPPEN ON A MICRO-LEVEL, BUT CAN YOU WARD OFF THE MAJOR LONG-TERM EFFECTS BY EATING A CERTAIN % OF CHO, PRO, FATS PREWORKOUT AND POSTWORKOUT?

having your insulin levels constintly jacked up would help, but you would become a lard ass pretty quickly. try thinking about being anabolic all the time instead of worring about catabolism, cause it will always happen, thats how your body works!
If you are refering to the workout period, i quite like the bracketing method. basically you have a pre and postworkout shake, something like surge. start drinking it 15min pre workout and have it watered down and sip it throughout the workout then slam down another serve post workout. easy
