I always read not to train more than an hour, sometimes I see no more than 40 min. At the moment I want to train 1 hour, and then do cardio 30 min after, currently on a cutting diet. Am I going to eat muscle this way? If so, would taking my protein shake before the cardio help this in anyway (protein blend of isolate and concentrate)?
best would be to separate the workouts by 6 hours (based on starting time of each).
for fat loss cardio is over rated, the rest of your diet will make or break your results.
