CAT-Man? Maybe...

I just competed a month ago and hit a 353 bench, I was planning on doing a full meet but I did too much heavy training and my legs had no juice for competition. I’m trying to add volume so why not cat training for 4 months then taper off for a meet.
Best lifts:
Squat: 475 belt only , 500 wraps (gym)
Bench: 353
Deadlift: 562
I normally compete at 220 in the junior division I’m only 21.

Last workout:

No belt or knee wraps on squats

Squats:
135x5
225x3
275x6x4
90 sec rests

Incline:
45x5
135x3
200x6x5
90 sec rests

3x10 for front/side/rear delts

All main lifts on the eccentric part of the movement I move the weight controlled and slow and on the concentric I lift as fast and violent as possible.

Bench:
135x5
215x6x5
90 sec rests

Deadlift:
No belt :wink:
225x3
340x6x5

Assisted pull-ups 3x10
