I’m looking for some recipes for casserole dishes. Getting a little tired of eating steak, chicken, fish, over and over…need some variety.
Is there anything you can substitute in a casserole dish for potatos or noodles? I’m taking in low carbs right now.
Rigght now I can use ground meat, turkey, chicken, veggies, sauce, but I’m just not sure what to add to that to “hold” it together.
