I second DocT advise. Although, I would add that soy is not horrible it wouldn’t kill you. Just, that if you are trying to promote more muscle growth Soy is not the suggested protien to take.
Skim milk if you are not latose intlorance is the best protien to take 75%casien 25% whey.
