Career in Nutrition

Hi all

I’m currently working in IT (30 yrs old) and want to switch to a career in nutrition (it’s my passion, along with training actually).

Any tips on how best to start? I’m based in the UK.

There’s lots of good certification programs out there…(ASCM, ACE, etc…)

Depends on what field you want to work in jaf. Is it performance nutrition? Public health nutrition? do you want to work in research? or applied practise?

You could certainly do any number of college courses, certification programs etc but if you want to work with performers, or in a clinical setting, then you will need to be higher educated to at least BSc level, and then maybe postgrad too.
