Cardio's Affect on Blood Sugar


I was watching one of those shows were they compare foods and then say how long one would have to exercise to burn those calories.

Anyways, I got to thinking how much would one have to run or exercise after eating something like candy bars to drastically reduce blood sugar from rising. It depends on what you eat but for something like candy bars if you begin running a few miles right after eating it, what kind of an effect would it have on blood sugar if any?
