Cardio

I am trying to loose a little pudge from around my waist line. Im at about 8% bodyfat but there seems to be a little extra lingering, Im not looking too get shredded abs but too just loose a little bit of it.

I am eating right and taking Lipo 6, Im also trying to include cardio into my routine, but my legs alway hurt when I run. Is the eleptical a suitable alternative? any suggestions and comments would help. thank you

If your knees hurt then that is a sign that you might need some glucosamine/chondroiton/msm and yes the eliptical is a great alternative, it has hardly no load bearing on the knee joints also you can switch it up from going forward to backward. I personally am a fan of the seated bike.
