I have doing about 1:30 min of cardio a week. not a lot I know but I’m gradualy increasing every week. My question is can I do my cardio on off days or will this hurt my revovery prosses.Right now I train 4 days a week and do cardio the other 3 days.Ihave only been training for 4 month so this was not realy a concern but as I start training harder and more sereusly I want to do it right!
