What cardio routines do you follow while on the HP routine guys?
None. The volume is so high I don't think I need any at the moment. Although admittedly I do walk to university and back 6 times a week. It's a 35 minute walk, so if you're really picky you could treat that as VERY LOW INTENSITY cardio.
If I was going to add anything cardio-like I would add more eccentric-less work. I find it much more productive.
In my opinion if your engaging in at least 3 sled workouts per week In addition to the regular program, you shouldn't have to add any conventional cardio. I just make it a point to be active the entire sled session and take very small breaks if any (10 to 15 secs or so).
