Cardio While On Cycle

I’ve always tried not running as much while on cycle, but I have a physical fitness test coming up that I want to be in at least moderate shape for. I usually clock in between 20 and 25 miles per week, what do you guys think I should do to balance out gains + stamina?

I don’t pretend to be an expert here but that seems a little high. I could be nutso but I don’t want to hypertrophy my heart too much. I keep it to 3-5 miles a week with like 30 miles on a bike while on. I’m sure I couldn’t pass any extensive test that involved running though! lol
