whats the minimum amount of cardio per week i should be doing? even while bulking if im not doing some form of cardio at least once a week something feels out of place
There’s no set minimum. Do what you feel comfortable with. As long as the scale is moving up, you’re fine. If it stops moving up, you need to either cut back on cardio or add more food.
If you invest in Fasted Morning Cardio (walks) with strict carb+fat cutoff times at night, you can limit your cardio to almost nothing… probably should be nothing.
I wouldn’t do HIIT or anything too ridiculous. Just do something that’s fun semi-regularly but will still get the heart rate going so you’re not thinking of it as “cardio.”
Hell, jump rope if you want to. Run stairs…
