I currently am doing cardio in the morning before breakfast and at 5:30pm after my weight training.
Would my 5:30 session be more effective if done after my last meal which is 7:30pm?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Life became much better when I got strict on my diet and stopped worrying about this kind of stuff. Actually, I’m doing better than ever and usually skip the cardio. Down to 1-2 times per week.
