I was wondering if you guys could tell me the different benefits, cardio wise, of these two exercises.
Doing 30 minutes of hiit on the treadmill or eliptical trainer
Doing 30 minutes of a mix of jumprope and box jumps
Both exercises get my heartrate up pretty good and seem to give me a great workout.
But are there any actual differences between those two exercises? I mean benefits for my heart, weightloss etc??
