Cardio Question

I’m currently on the best damn 2 program and love it. I read the cardio section in the article. But I want to ask if tabata Jump Rope would fit anywhere in that program. I like jumping rope and tabata is only 4 minutes long so I did not know if that would inhibit Mtor if I did this after a workout or some other time in the day. Thank you
