Cardio Over 50?

First time post, please forgive me if this question has been discussed ad nauseum. 56 YOA, doing 5/3/1, love the program and results BUT not so much luck with the Prowler or hill sprints. Taking a toll on the joints. Any suggestions on another cardio system for my age??

Swimming, eliptical, walking, stairmaster, versaclimber, sprinting in sand, burpees, shorter hill sprints, shorter Prowler sprints, less weight on the Prowler, resistance band sprints.
