I just read an article in t-mag about cardio that blew my mind. It basically trashes the value of aerobic activity for fat loss as opposed to weight training. This goes against everything I’ve ever learned. During my cutting phases I incorporate 30 min of cardio to my workouts 6 days a week. Is it possible to get the same results simply from diet and training? Could someone please enlighten me on this subject.
