What about cardio in bdw, and could i use loaded carries as cardio
Carries are really a strength exercise… I mean by that that they have an impact on the muscles and CNS, not only on the energy reserves. Yes they can be used to stimulate fat loss, but when using you must consider their impact on recovery.
I’m not saying that you can’t use them. But first try doing the plan as is for 2-3 weeks. Then you can try adding “steady-state/low intensity” cardio 3x per week for 2-3 weeks. Then replace the cardio by loaded carries to see how your body handles the added workload.
