When I’m full swing I do one mile warmup on tread or gazelle and one mile when I’m done. Cardio is my weakest area for real.

Correct. All the programs, even the neurotype programs will now use that model. With two exceptions:

The 2B program and the muscle mass blueprint will use more of a traditional bodybuilding split. All three types of contraction will still be trained, but in the same workout.

They should be released in a month or so.

Interesting. And then in the later phase(s) is where the neurotype flair will shine through the most? Something to look forward to reading eventually.

@Christian_Thibaudeau in a build phase do you trade the cardio for additional lifting?

Not completely. Maybe in some cases we might add a specialization workout for one lagging muscle group. But only once the client has experience with the original system of 3 whole body sessions + 1 extra workout.
