Do people do cardio during bulking? Why?
I’m inclined to keep doing 2-3 sessions a week of running, intervals etc. Why? general health; endurance (though I’m not an athlete); to reduce the number of variables as I change my caloric intake and workout routine; because it just feels like part of a complete routine. But maybe I’ve been brainwashed. The guys on Menshealth.com tend to be against it, as far as I can generalize.
