Cardio Conditioning for 1B?

Hi Coach. I’m type 1B and I want to add cardio conditioning to my training without compromising hypertrophy. What do You recomend? Cardio after workout? Cardio on non training days? PS: I train 4 days a week.

If you are looking specifically for cardio, why not just start by adding in two weekly sessions of a type you enjoy and see how that impacts your overall recovery?

I’d do steady state cardio on non-training days if you can and after your workout if you cannot. Bonus points if you omit carbs on these days (non-training days).
