Cardio and meal

I do my cardio with HIIT method for 20 minutes. Should i take 1/2 meal 5 minute before and 1/2 after of Carbo(maltodextrine)+ fast whey-protein, or should i take anything at all after I am finished?

Paul, Surge (or its equivalent) is designed for PWO nutrition following weight-bearing exercises, not 20-minute HIIT sessions.
