Cardio Alternatives

I’m currently on the VD. So I’m doing the light cardio everyday.

Well today, like a dumbass, I stepped off of the road I was on and sprained the hell out of my ancle.

So my question is, does anyone have a suggestion for a form of cardio I can do while I heal up?

I provided several options in my “Cardio Confusion” article; give it a read. Swimming comes to mind right off the bat.

Sure, but not only is it low-impact, it’s no-impact. You could go light on the gimpy foot, leaning more on the strong one, or just drop it altogether and improvise a one-legged row.

Still, I’d definitely spend some time looking at Eric’s stuff.

Swimming worked well this morning, I had to keep my ancle stiff, so I was only moderatly functional. It still hurt, but you’ve got to do right.

I’ll proabably try rowing tomorrow.
