I need some help. My endurance is terrible… I can’t run for longer than about a minute without being totally winded.

How can I increase my endurance? Just keep doing my cardio and increasing it a little bit every time?

You’re exactly right. But I feel you’ll be even further ahead if you write yourself a plan. You should make good gains qickly if this is where you want to put your effort. Incorporate incline walking and light jogging and push yourself to do more each time. Keep a log–it won’t be long and you’ll be in a 10k.
