Gents, I’ve followed a low to zero carb diet for quite some time now, between 50g or less per day. I’ve remained lean and muscular and continue to increase in strength utilizing neuromuscular facillitation techniques.I sprint daily, and am always energetic sans carbs. My problem is when I do choose to take in carbohydrates (excluding veggies), ranging from low glycemic to upper end, I get get dull to BLINDING headaches. I have an idea that it may have to do with carbs acting as a vasolidator. Does anyone else experience this? Ideas on this phenomena?
