I was just wondering what time of the day is best for “carbing up”? My workouts are usually late afternoon or evening if that makes a difference.
Immediately after your WO when muscle glycogen is depleted as then muscle cells will be primed to accept blood glucose. Other carb meals should be early in the day with more P+F meals toward evening but definately get carbs after WO. Also thats the purpose of post WO Surge drink.
