Carbs w/ T-Dawg Diet

I’m starting T-Dawg 2.0 and have a question. The diet recommends 100g of carbohydrate on training days and 70g on non-training days. I’m assuming that the carbohydrate recommendations don’t include fiber – that is, if I take in 130g of carbs, 30g of which are fiber, then I’m within the limit for a training day. Is this correct?

In all honesty, I doubt the 30gs will make much of a difference either way. When I did the T-dawg, I’d think of the 100g as my limit for the day, and if I came in under, great.
