Carbs Too Late?

i no the importance of PostWO carbs, if your cutting or bulking!
but

would you say having low GI carbs around 8pm after training and going to bed around 12/1 to late in the day?

i am currently cutting, would this defeat the objective or fuel those muscles and not the fat!
