Carbs Intra Workout During Cut?

Started my cut March 1st and I’m wondering if you all use a carb supplement during your workouts? My diet on a cut includes revolving the majority of my carb intake before and after workouts and I’ve heard mixed reviews on including carb supps like vitargo and karbolyn during intra workout on a cut. I don’t see how it would do anything but benefit me as the carbs will aid in recovery and are taken strategically (during workout). Let me know what you think, thanks!
