If I’m on the T-Dawg diet, should I worry about the carbs that I find in fruits and vegetables. For instance a banana has like 30g of carbs in it.
Perhaps a better question is, why wouldn’t you?
Yes, you should!
Green vegetables have so little carbs that it’s laugable. Green peppers have something like 3.5g of carbs per every 100g. If you’re on a low-carb diet, cut the fruits, eat vegetables.
