Carbs and Protein

I have tried the whole high protein diet and it didnt do much for me except make me leaner.

But ever since i’ve been doing High Carbs Medium protein i have been noticing really good muscle gains. I look thicker and just overall muscular. The high protein low carb shit just made me feel like shit and look too lean…

Is this normal?

perfectly normal. when you were eating low carb your muscles were depleted of glycogen making them look flat and small. you also lacked energy for intense training because you had little fuel for your workouts.

now that your eating carbs again (and probably more calories also) your energy is back up, your muscle appear “fuller” and suddenly, you can train hard.

all totally normal.

how can you look too lean? i hope by saying lean you mean “flat”, not lean lean.
