Hi! I was wanting to reach in to follow up about the cortisol article. I am currently following keto - 6% of my diet is carbs (20 net carbs daily). What would my % look like if I changed my numbers to 30%? I appreciate any feedback!

Ketosis protects against muscle protein breakdown to make glucose anyway. Ketones can block stress hormones even at glucose levels that would cause severe hypoglycemia
