I had to change my training around since going away to college, so the only time I can train is around late afternoon-evening, would it be bad to eat High GI carbs in the post-workout meal? Just curious. Thanks
NO!! Your body just got done working out and needs those High GI carbs. As long as you don’t eat a bunch of it and go to sleep right after you’ll be fine. I do the same thing since I’m at college too.
