I’m with moriarty on this. Spike may have an immediate effect, but we’ve been told that Carbolin 19 takes months for real effects.
It is likely that some of the results posted are from a placebo effect: the thrill of being on something that you think wil help you make progress.
This does not invalidate their experiences on Day One of Carbolin 19. It DOES suggest that mood is a huge motivator in the gym, and that many of us could automatically do more if we approached our workouts differently.
Like having a workout partner. I started training legs with a partner a couple weeks ago. He’s a little stronger than I am, and far more “intense” and focused at workouts. I’m putting out far more effort and moving more weight for more times simply because I’m not going to let him think he’s out-performing me, and because his example is motivating. But it’s ME moving the weight; the other factor is just a catalyst.
I hope this doesn’t come across as a hijack, or worse. I’m not deriding the use of supplements in general, or this one in particular–I got MY three bottles, fer DAMN sher, and I expect great things from them! (And soon, please, Lord?) But simmer down, kids.
