I began taking Carbolin 19 one week ago, and following the T-Dawg 2.0 diet. I will take the Carbolin 19 for 3 months, one capsule in the morning on an empty stomach and one more capsule about 8 hours later. At the end of this time, I'll evaluate.
My stats are 6'7", 278 lbs, 22%bf (damn low T of late). I am on 10 g/day of Androgel. My workout program is unusual -- hundreds of pushups and Hindu squats per week, with Friday (after teaching all day) my power day: 5X5 for Bench, 10 min rest, 5X5 for Squats. And no my name is not Matt Furey
