Carbohydrate Intake and Cardio Question


Hey everyone, I have a couple questions. Right now I am 193 lbs 6’1" and have a good amount of muscle mass. I am trying to get alot bigger however. The problem is that I have to run anywhere from 3-5 miles 3-4 times a week, and/or sprints for my job. I was wondering what my carb intake should be like, in order to prevent weight loss… Thanks!

not really a question anyone can answer as there’s so much individual variation.

The easy way to work it out is work out how much you’re eating and see whether you’re losing weight, gaining weight or maintaining.
