Carbnite VS Carb Backloading?

In terms of a way of eating for fat loss and muscle retention/gain, which diet is more suitable?

Iv been doing CBL for a few weeks and love it, but did some research and read that CBL is better for someone who is already 15% or less and wants to maintain lean/get leaner, and that CN is much better for someone who wants rapid fat loss.

What do yall think?

something about not having carbs post workout (CN) that rubs me the wrong way, but Id like to hear what other say about these two
