Been using this yogurt from Kroger called Carbmaster…
Doesn’t taste that bad…I’ve just been using them as desserts after my meals…
low cal and carb…taste good and plenty of protein.
Anyone else try these or have an recommendations for something similar?
Greek yogurt with Metabolic Drive mixed in makes a tasty pudding.
Freeze it if you’re looking for more of an ice cream consistency.
(Greek yogurt is high in protein, low in carbs, and the fat content varies by variety - 0%, 2%, or full.)
Actually most plain yogurts have about 4g carbs per cup and not what it says on the label. It’s an issue of incorrect measuring. The bacteria in yogurt turn most of the lactose into lactic acid, which mistakenly gets counted as carbohydrate. This was scientifically verified about 7 years ago, IIRC.
x 2 on the Metabolic Drive + Greek Yogurt. I’m a huge fan of it, and substitute it when I’m not feeling like cottage cheese.
