Just wondering if anyone else experiences almost painful withdrawls the first few days of a lower carb diet. I find everytime I change to a lower carb diet I get some serious withdrawl pains for about 2 or 3 days.
you might feel shitty, tired or agitated, but i dont think you know what the hell withdrawals are.
I’ve found the same thing, along with headaches, but the ol’ body seemed to adjust pretty quickly and they were gone in a couple of days. The funny thing is that once the withdrawals passed I felt great because my energy levels were so stable.
