Carb Timing?

i’ve kept up with my diet for almost 2 months str8 and lost about 20 lbs of fat. i say fat because i now weight 161 and i started out at 182 and i went up in weight on my exercises. i still wanna lose more but i know i am limited to how many carbs i can have.

my main question is when would it be okay to have some carbs besides post workout? i always have a protein shake with milk, that 32 g of proetin and about 6 g fat. should i eat only fat and proetin at meals and proetin and carbs after workout?

Sure depends on the diet your on. Looking to lose steer clear of more simple choice and stick to fruits and veggies, occasional whole grains
