Looking for a good carb supplement during my workouts for my upcoming cut. Last year I used dextrose but a local IFFB pro told me to ditch that and look at other supps like vitargo or karbolyn. What are your thoughts between the two? Last year I revolved the majority of my carb intake around my workouts and had great success but want to consume a better carb than dextrose.
Perfect world get Plazma. Karbolyn next best thing after that
Plazma if you can. John Meadows makes a similar product but it isn’t quite as good I don’t think.
