I'm on a pretty strict diet that consists of about 125g of carbs on a normal day, 1g protein per lb of body weight with the rest being good fats.
I had a carb fest tonight. What do you think about about 1 large bag of popcorn and a large coke at the movies for a carb up meal?
At the end of the day, it probably isn't BAD BAD, but probably not good either. Hehehe.
