Depending on what your carbs were at leading up to this carb refeed, I would go WAY HIGHER on the carbs this day. Once you are depleted, and again there are multiple variables affecting this, it takes an awful lot of carbs to fully reglycogenate. Even 3 days of eating often doesnt do it if you’ve hit rock bottom on the glycogen levels.
Having said that, like Timbo said you need a lot more carbs AND calories on this day to fully reap all the benefits of a refeed. I would have at least doubled your carb intake…at least.
