how do carbs make the muscle look fuller?
is it true that eating certain fats or fiber can lower a carbs glycemic value? for example,eating a bowl of past with some red meat and a sald.

Fiber or fat will slow down the release of food and carbs into the blood stream. A slower, more sustained releases results in insulin not being spiked to the same degree, which is a good thing most of the time, the one exception being PWO. You should not be eating fiber or fat in your PWO meal(s).
