Carb Depletion

When you have moderately low calories (Calories in < Calories out) for a few days does it eat up your glycogen stores if you’re not low carbing it? Or do you only go through your glycogen stores when you’re on a low carb diet?

If you’re eating at all you aren’t going to deplete glycogen stores unless you do something like hard full body training all three days.
