Carb Cyling When Bulking


Hey guys, just a quick question.

If you're using carb cycling for bulking, wouldn't the transition for a low carb day to a high carb day make the body store a lot of excess fat?

Accoring to CT's calculations I should eat 4500cals on moderate day, 4900 cals on high day and 4100 on low day.

So again wouldn't the transition from 4100 cals one day to 4900 cals the next day cause fat gain?



No. And besides, if you're bulking, a little fat gain doesn't mean anything. It is inevitable.
