I think Carbcycling or IF is the best way for me personally to drop bodyfat. I am 225-230 at 18-20 bodyfat…Where should I be at for caloric intake to seriously drop bodyfat. I train 4-5 days per week, and push the prowler about 6 days/week. Anyone willing to help me out a bit with this? What do I need to be doing to really strip fat off?

stick to that for 12 weeks, get about 1g/lb of BW in protein per day and the rest fat (which will be a good amount)
