i’ve read on forums , although not extensively so please correct me if i’m wrong
two days a week high carb, 5 days low carb ;low carb day being 75% carbs of the high carb day but coming from the same very sources of food…
so MY question , basically
if on low carb days ,protein n fats are kept constant , calories go down ( duh! ); so are calories to be kept at a level or do they zig zag in accordance with carbs too?
if i’m slowly ( but steadily) losing body fat at 2400-2500 calories daily(w/o cycling carbs); then is 2400 calories my high carb or low carb day; ?? if answer to ques 1 is no
what is the purpose of zigzag, and how is it different from a cheat meal or day to give a metabolic boost??
