Carb Cycling with High Body Fat

for carb cycling on my off days which should be lower carb days, should i switch them to no carb days while keeping my priority and moderatde days with normal carbs? i have about 20% BF, i checked my bmi and according to the chart im overweight.

what effect would this have on my metabolism with high carb intake on workout days and no(<50g, or as low as possible) carbs on my off day? off days will be mostly P+F meals, with all healthy fats.
